BUSINESS-FIRST AI & SYSTEMS CONSULTING

Hand off your repeatable, annoying tasks to an AI system you can trust.

You run your business. I'll help you put AI to work in it.

I build practical tools and workflows around how your business actually works—then test them, refine them, and show your team how to use them with confidence.

AIM TO STAND OUT

Put AI to work while you run your business.

STAY AHEAD OF THE COMPETITION

You lead the business.
Let’s build your edge.

If a competitor uses AI to finish work sooner, offer a new service, or lower a price, your customers will notice.

If you had five extra people in the back office, what would you hand off first? Think quotes, follow-ups, reports, and the tasks that keep work moving.

01

The same report or estimate. Built again.

Every week starts with copying, cleaning, or reconciling spreadsheets—or building another bid from scratch. Create a repeatable path from business inputs to a report or estimate your team can check and use.

HELP WITH THE PART THAT’S SLOWING YOU DOWN

You know your business.
I’ll help with the tools.

I’m Luke Mendelsohn, founder of Focus Flow Systems. Tell me where you want your business to go and what is slowing it down. I’ll help you find a useful way to put AI to work.

You don’t have to figure out AI on your own. I’ll explain what the tool can do, show you how it works, and test it with you. If a simple fix is enough, I’ll say so.

A CLEAR WAY TO GET STARTED

One task.
Three steps.

You can start with the task that bothers you most. We’ll agree on what to fix and what it costs before any build begins.

  1. 01 / TALK

Show me what takes too long.

Walk me through the task and the tools you use. We’ll look at where you get stuck and what would make the work easier.

  2. 02 / CHOOSE

Review a plan made for you.

You’ll get a proposal with the work, price, and training spelled out. You decide whether to go ahead.

  3. 03 / BUILD, TEST & HANDOFF

    Make it work in practice.

Build the right combination of tools and business rules. Test real outputs, exceptions, and ways the system can fail. Refine it until it meets the agreed standard. Then walk your team through real tasks, how to check results, and what to do when something goes wrong.

Put the AI you already have to work.

Your existing software is the starting point. Use AI where interpretation helps and predictable software where rules are clear. Build around the tools that fit the work.

If another tool or app is a better fit, we’ll explain why, what it costs, and what you’d give up.

FEEL SURE ABOUT THE WORK YOU HAND OFF

A custom AI system built for you, that you know how to use and trust.

You should have a system you can trust and a clear understanding of what it does. Run it yourself, or arrange for me to operate an agreed recurring service. Either way, you'll know what you're getting, who is responsible for what, and how to take control when you need to.

TRAINING IS PART OF DELIVERY

Make it useful for your team.

I'll show the people using your system how to operate it confidently, review the results, and handle common problems. The training is specific to the tool or workflow built for your business.

BUILT FOR INDEPENDENCE

Your business stays yours.

Your data stays yours. Accounts, infrastructure, and implementation rights are addressed explicitly in the project agreement.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support has clear boundaries.

We’ll agree on who runs the system, what support is included, and how to get help. Later changes can be scoped and priced separately.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Which task would you
hand off first?

What would help you serve customers better, take on more work, or offer something new? Let’s find a task we can improve to move you toward that goal.

Start with a conversation. If there’s a fit, you’ll get a proposal to review before you decide to move ahead.
